Should we use Shopify or WooCommerce?
Shopify suits most stores that want a hosted platform their team can run easily. WooCommerce suits stores that need custom functionality, deep integrations or full control over hosting and data. We recommend one after looking at your products and integrations.
Which payment gateways can you set up?
The gateways that suit your store and platform, including South African options such as PayFast, Yoco and Peach Payments, as well as international ones.
Can you move our existing online store?
Yes. We migrate products, customers and orders to Shopify or WooCommerce and redirect old URLs, so you keep your search traffic.
Can you connect the store to our stock or accounting system?
Usually, if the system has an API. We've built integrations for stock syncing and other business systems, and we check what's possible before quoting.
Will we be able to manage products ourselves?
Yes. Your team adds products, runs promotions and manages orders in the store admin, and we show you how at handover.
