How we approach a redesign

We start with what your current site already does well. We check your analytics to see which pages bring in traffic and enquiries, list every URL that ranks in Google, and ask what customers most often want to know. That becomes the sitemap for the new site. Designs are then built page by page in Figma, so you can comment directly on them. When the new site goes live, every old URL redirects to its new home, so visitors and search engines never hit dead ends.

What should we look for in a web design company?

Do you work with businesses outside Cape Town?
Yes. We work with clients in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, across South Africa and internationally. Projects run over video calls and Figma reviews, so website design in South Africa works just as well from Cape Town.
When is a website redesign worth it?

Will a redesign affect our SEO?
It can if it's handled badly. We keep your ranking pages, map every old URL to a new one and set up redirects before launch, which protects the visibility you've already built.
Can you write the website content?
Yes. Copywriting is available as an add-on, written for both your customers and search engines.
Can we keep our current hosting?
Often, if it's fast and secure enough. If not, we'll recommend an alternative and handle the move.
